Moisyn® utilizes glycomic science, which is a revolutionary approach using natural glycopolymers, to address the problem of pain and irritation on sensitive oral mucosal tissues due to xerostomia or dry mouth. The key ingredient, Chitosan
, is a shellfish-derived polysaccharide that has clinically-proven moisture retention and pain relief properties. It is non-toxic, biodegradable and biocompatible.
Arginine is an essential amino acid naturally present in the body that helps neutralize oral pH to support a healthy bacterial balance. As a positively charged organic molecule, it also enhances moisture retention.
