INSTRUCTIONS
Use approximately one teaspoon of the natural mouthwash daily after brushing your teeth. For maximum benefits, vigorously swish for up to one minute, then spit out. Do not swallow, Refrain from eating or drinking for about 30 minutes after use.

How do you use mouthwash properly?
