How long do I need to use before I feel relief?
If you use the mouthwash daily you should feel relief within one week. For faster results consider using AO ProVantage Antioxidant Gel at night before bed.
Does this mouthwash contain alcohol?
This mouthwash does NOT contain alcohol. The mouthrinse contains natural plant extracts and essential oils along with our signature antioxidants.
How do you use mouthwash properly?
Swish between your teeth and around all the soft tissue in your mouth to ensure coating for approximately 30-60 seconds. Also tilt your head back and gargle, but do not swallow.
What color is a healthy mouth?
Healthy gums are generally considered to be a coral pink and that is a sign of health. If there is isolated redness or spotiness that would be an indication of infection.
How do you fix poor oral hygiene?
