Use Oral Care System as part of your routine 2x daily.
1. Brush
Brush teeth with AO ProToothpaste.
2. Rinse
Rinse with 1 tsp of AO ProRinse for up to 1 minute then spit out excess.
3. Apply Gel
Apply a pea-sized amount of AO ProVantage Gel to gums using fingertip or cotton swab, let gel dissolve, then spit out excess. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after application of gel.
