Application: Apply a pea-sized amount for an overall effect to both your upper and lower gums by pumping the AO ProVantage Gel directly the tongue. You can also use a clean fingertip, a cotton swab, or a soft toothbrush to apply the product.
Allow the gel to dissolve and spit out excess. Do not swallow. Suggested applications are morning and evening after brushing teeth. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after application of gel.
When used as suggested, AO ProVantage Dental Gel 30 ml should last for about 60 days if used twice a day and AO ProVantage Dental Gel 15 ml should last for 30 days.

How do I use the Antioxidant Dental Gel?
At the end of your normal oral care routine apply the antioxidant gel to your gums and oral soft tissue. Do not drink or eat for 30 minutes after application. Use at least 2x per day. Use just before bed.
What color is a healthy mouth?
Healthy gums are generally considered to be a coral pink and that is a sign of health. If there is isolated redness or spottiness that would be an indication of a larger problem.
How do you fix poor oral hygiene?
Visit your dentist to learn how to properly brush and floss and then practice them on a regular basis by brushing twice daily and flossing at least once daily.
